Please note that your continued use of the Vivid Seats website and mobile app will be subject to these revised terms starting January 8, 2026.
We encourage you to review all of the updated terms in full, which are effective January 8, 2026. We've updated the arbitration agreement in each set of terms to include a new arbitration provider and batch arbitration process and provide more detail on our arbitration demand requirements and mandatory informal initial dispute mechanism. We've also updated our Privacy Policy to reflect new laws and consumer rights, give clearer explanations of how we collect and use personal information, and better explain when and how information may be shared with service providers and other third parties.
